1. I want to see what a fine art photography print looks like on my wall before I purchase it. Do you offer that service?

Answer: I offer a free design consultation that will provide a realistic portrayal of what a fine art photography print will look like on your wall, regardless of size. Please reach out to me and I will respond within 24 hours, often the same day. I have also put together a guide that will assist you with the design process.

2. Do you offer custom sizing for my home or business if I don't see it on your listings? 

Answer: I can accommodate a wide range of print sizes and would be happy to arrange this. While most of our sizes match wall space in any home or business, we can help you with options when it comes to sizing for your wall art.

3. How do you calculate shipping and taxes?

Answer: When our wall art is purchased, shipping and taxes is not passed on to our clients.  The price you see on the fine art print that you are interested in is the final cost! 

4. I want my fine art print shipped with a frame already installed. Do you offer that service?

Answer: We source the finest frames from Italy, by the name of Roma.  These elegant and luxurious frames have a gorgeous design aesthetic and are often the number one choice for framing your fine art print.

5. How long will it take to receive my fine art photography print once the order is placed? 

Answer: Our streamlined ordering system will immediately place your print in the queue.  For prints smaller than 40" x 60", you can expect to receive your wall art within three weeks.  Larger prints can take up to five weeks.

6. How do you verify authenticity with your wall art?

Answer: All prints, regardless of size, or material are shipped with a digital signature that will be included with your fine art photography print that is non obtrusive in the lower left corner. A separate certificate of authenticity will be mailed in conjunction with my signature on it.

7. Will my fine art print come signed?

Answer: All fine art photography prints come signed with my signature in the lower right corner.

8. How do you ship my print?

Every print is packaged with care and shipped fully insured, so you can order with confidence.

• Prints under 45": Shipped via FedEx or UPS with tracking provided as soon as your order leaves the studio.
• Prints over 45": Larger works require special handling, so I use a dedicated fine art carrier that provides a white glove delivery service. I personally stay involved at every stage to make sure your piece arrives safely.
• Signature required: All shipments, regardless of size, require someone to be present to sign for delivery. This protects your investment and ensures your artwork is handed off securely rather than left unattended.
• Business deliveries: Shipping to an office or studio? I'm happy to coordinate specific delivery windows with the carrier so someone is on hand to receive it. When you place your order, just leave a comment or email me with your preferred delivery window.
• Our promise to you: Every shipment is fully insured, and I will replace or repair the piece at no cost to you. Your satisfaction — and the safe arrival of your artwork — is my priority from the moment you order to the moment it's on your wall.

9. What print mediums do you offer?

I offer three premium mediums, each bringing something a little different to the way your image lives on the wall.

• Acrylic: Your image is face-mounted to a thick sheet of acrylic glass, giving it a vibrant, glossy finish with a beautiful sense of depth. It's a wonderful choice if you're drawn to bold, high-contrast images and want them to feel like they glow.
• Metal: Printed directly onto aluminum, metal prints have a sleek, luminous quality with rich color and real durability. They're lightweight, hold up beautifully over time, and give a piece a modern, gallery-worthy presence.
• Canvas: My most classic offering. Canvas is stretched over a wooden frame for a warm, textured look that feels timeless.

Pricing reflects the material and size you choose, so it naturally adjusts to fit the piece you fall in love with.
